I specialize in helping runners shave minutes off their times and achieve their race day goals – whether it’s running your first 5K or crushing your PR. 

As an 8-year competitive runner and current cross country coach, I understand that each athlete is unique and responds differently to training. When you work with me, I’ll develop an individualized training plan designed to help you break through barriers and unlock your full running potential. 

My training also incorporates injury prevention strategies, as I know all too well how competitive running can lead to inconvenient and painful injuries. I’m adept at understanding different types of pain and determining whether it’s just soreness or a budding injury, so I know how to advise my athletes when something starts to hurt.

  1. Schedule a FREE 10-minute consultation call or email me (whichever you prefer) to discuss your goals and I will email you a questionnaire
  2. Fill out the questionnaire BEFORE your call to provide some background information
  3. Purchase your Subscription (if you aren’t ready for private coaching, check out my 90 day racing plan)
  4. As soon as the above steps are completed and the payment goes through, I will create your customized training plan.
  5. You will have access to it a week at a time, and we will meet weekly to go over how training has been going
  6. You WILL have to purchase each month!

My high school and middle school runners consistently set new performance benchmarks. I guide them with goal-setting, training plans, and technique/form improvements to help them achieve their personal bests in 5K and 2-mile races, respectively.

This year alone, all 30 of my school athletes have hit personal record times. Five of my 5K runners have reduced their times by over 5 minutes and two of my 2-mile runners have shaved more than 3 minutes off their times. I also privately train a police academy cadet who has improved his 1.5-mile time by over 4 minutes. 

A Little about me

A little more about me: I was the first cross country runner from my school in over 20 years to qualify for state with a 5K time of 16:37 (on a very challenging course). My two-mile time was 10:14, and I hold the school record in the 2K steeplechase. 

I was recruited by multiple colleges and ultimately selected a school known for its exceptional running program. Unfortunately, my college career was derailed by a serious non-running injury and subsequent surgery that forced me to stop running for nearly a year. Though I’m no longer on a team, I still compete in (and routinely win) local 5Ks, and I continue to pursue my passion for running by guiding other athletes to success.
